Our new home · November 1, 2026

Central Coast Gynecology is moving into a space of its own.

Beginning November 1, appointments will take place at 2329 Oak Park Lane in Santa Barbara. The move gives our independent practice room to care for more patients while preserving the personal, physician-led experience at the heart of our work.

Location overview

A short move across the Cottage Hospital area.

Why the broader name

A name—and now a home—with room to grow.

Central Coast Gynecology reflects more than a change in signage. It names the independent practice Dr. Guiahi is building for this community and creates space for thoughtful growth beyond a single shared office.

The response to the practice has been deeply encouraging, and demand for comprehensive and specialized gynecologic care continues to grow. A dedicated center gives us a stronger foundation to provide more care while protecting the time, continuity, and clinical standards patients value.

Dr. Guiahi, the practice phone and fax numbers, and our commitment to evidence-based, individualized care are not changing. What is changing is the amount of space available to support patients well.

Inside the new center

Designed for conversation, care, and comfort.

The new office will expand the practice's clinical footprint without changing the careful, personal approach patients know.

Three exam rooms

More clinical space will help us increase capacity while continuing to make each visit thoughtful and personal.

A consultation room

A private, non-exam setting will create dedicated space for conversation, questions, and shared decisions.

Ongoing procedural care

The new office is designed to continue the in-office procedural care patients currently receive from the practice.

Minimal sedation options

Nitrous oxide will remain among the comfort options that may be offered for appropriate procedures and patients.

A longer-term vision

Making more connected care possible.

As Central Coast Gynecology grows, we hope to add wraparound services that complement gynecologic care, such as pelvic floor physical therapy. The goal is to make it easier for patients to receive coordinated support from professionals who communicate and share the same patient-centered values.

These expanded services are part of our future vision and are not yet available. We will share details as specific offerings are confirmed.

We look forward to welcoming you.
